West Sussex Social Care Leadership Bootcamps

Skills Bootcamps are FREE, flexible courses for anyone who lives or works in West Sussex.

For health and social care workers who are looking to step up into leadership roles, these bootcamps instill a solid understanding of roles and responsibilities, from relevant legislation to the ‘soft skills’ of empathetic approaches.

Each bootcamp runs for 4-6 weeks and covers 9 key modules, with the content directly tailored to the role that you are aiming for. The courses are delivered as online or in person tutor sessions, with online assessments at the end of each module.

Eligibility

In order to access these free bootcamps you must:

Be aged 19 or over

Have the right to work in the UK

Live or work in West Sussex

Have lived in the UK for 3 years, or have a valid exemption.
