Please complete the form below to register for your funded mental health training. You will be required to email evidence of your address (such as a bank statement or household bill), your passport or birth certificate, in addition to documents related to your work situation.
You will also be asked to download these documents and send them back to us (it is a funding requirement that we assess everyone’s maths and english, so this is how we meet that requirement, it is not related to the mental health courses you are doing):
These will then be checked by one of our team, who will also arrange your information, advice and guidance induction meeting.
